Our team at Best Court performed a 24-month long restoration period with the intent of modernizing history to provide accommodations for families of all different sizes. During this time, we maintained the garages in between each unit to provide our guests with the illusion of privacy but we do like to note that since the size was originally based on model t's, we are now utilizing this space as a sitting area and not for parking. There is, however, free parking on the premises for all registered guests.

Each unit has been carefully restored to include the personal garages that once housed the Model T vehicles back in the day. These garages not only provide privacy between the units, they also can be handy for bikers or motorcycle enthusiasts exploring the area. While these spaces to not fit a full-sized modern vehicle, free parking on the premises is available for all registered guests.

Upon arrival you will notice the exterior’s distinctive architecture with clean white brick and wooden gables. Throughout the space, the white pine walls and tasteful decor gives it a clean and uncluttered feel. Each bungalow suite is thoughtfully curated with a full kitchen to allow relaxation in a cozy cabin-like setting while enjoying the convenience of short drives to Hot Springs’ prime destinations. Multiple cottages can be rented to accommodate groups, friends and family gatherings. This part of the property was established in 1933 and fully remodeled in 2023.

Cooking essentials such as pots and pans, dishes and silverware are included. A kitchen bar with two stools is perfect for having morning coffee, meals and checking emails.
