Our newly remodeled Best Court offers a unique experience in the Hot Springs Historic District! Spacious and versatile floor plans feature an ideal blend of preserved history on the exterior with comfortable amenities once you step inside. Each space provides a restful retreat without having to sacrifice convenience to all that Hot Springs has to offer. We are located minutes away from the most popular attractions including the famous Bathhouse Row, North Woods Trail, Oaklawn Racing & Casino, Garvan Gardens, the Entertainment District and our Beautiful Lakes.

 

Multiple rooms can be rented to accommodate groups, friends and family gatherings. This property was established in 1933 and has been fully remodeled. We continue to offer excellent hospitality while building memories in a remarkable destination. Our friendly team is eager to make your visit comfortable, memorable, and special!

Must be 18 or older to book a room. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times during their stay.
For security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.
Generally, we do not rent to Hot Springs residents. If you are making reservations for your out of town guest then that is acceptable.
We require a credit card to put on file for damage and exessive cleaning incedentals, even if reservation is pre-paid through an external booking company.
If you have booked through an online travel agent such as Expedia or Hotel.com, you have contracted with them to be your exclusive agent and we are not allowed to cancel your booking. You personally must contact them directly with your reservation number and request any cancelation. Sorry, it is their rule not ours.
Your reservation includes complimentary wireless internet. (High speed fiber-optic WIFI)


Guarantee Policy:
Reservations, including those made on a corporate account, must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking. If you book Multiple rooms please let us know if you are paying for them or if each guest pays individually. Rooms will be held all night for arrival. If you are going to arrive after office hours please call ahead and let us know.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please let us know by 2PM local hotel time 1 week (2 weeks for holidays) before the check-in date if you need to cancel – if we don’t hear from you, you will forfeit your first night's room and tax. Thanks for understanding.


Maximum Room Occupancy:
2 people per room are allowed per bed.


Parking:
Parking is FREE! We can not allow any trailers period! If you need more than 1 space please let us know so we can try to accommodate you!


Breakfast
The Best Café and Bar is located on site and their food is the "BEST". For current hours and menu please contact them directly at 870-474-6350.


Pet Policy:
Best Court allows pets in designated pet rooms only. There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 dollars. When you book your room please make note if you will have a pet so we can ensure your reservation is reserved for a pet room. Pets in a non pet friendly room are subject to a $200 restoration fee

Non-Smoking/ NO VAPING Policy:
All Rooms and Garages are completely non-smoking. If you smoke inside the room you will be charged a restoration fee to your card of $250. Smoking is allowed on your porch, however please keep the door to the room closed and leave cigarette butts in the provided receptacle. Thank you for your help in keeping the Historic Best Court the cleanest property in Hot Springs National Park.


Garage and Outside Room Gatherings are limited to 8AM-10PM.
Best Court is famous for all the quiet one would expect from a visit to a National Park.
